Unable to login into deeplearning studio desktop

Hello,
I could install deeplearning studio and could start service in port 8880.

when when i click on login with deepcongition, I am seeing a crash window.

I also tried to delete the sqlite3 DB file, still didn’t help. Could someone please help me to troubleshoot this issue.

I think you are using DLS older version 2.x, and this version is no longer supported. I would suggest you to please upgrade the DLS version with windows 3.x .

And If you are already using DLS 3.x version, then please share the logs from this path <DLS Folder>/logs. Kindly zip the entire log folder and send it to support@deepcognition.ai .

Hi, Thank you for the information. I changed the default port to 8880(which was working in case).
Configured URL for Deep Learning Studio: http://127.0.0.1:8880
I tried to access this link but no luck. Also tried disabling anti-virus but I see same behavior. I installed in windows 10 platform.
