Unable to start an Instance

I tried to create an instance in the cloud app but it says image

I tried logging out and reconnecting but it still shows that the system is trying to start an instance.
It has been around 30mins since I tried to start an instance. I had 1.15hrs of available free time. I am afraid that due to this glitch, I will not realize when the compute instance is up and will be charged for it.

Any help to resolve this issue is appreciated.

This is disappointing, it finally allows me to create a new instance but I have lost 45 mins of my free GPU compute time

@snehalvartak, we have fixed the issue. regarding lost of your 45 mins of compute time, you can contact our support when you receive your first bill, they should be able to adjust/refund this usage amount.
