Waiting for Deep Learning Studio to start

Hello Team,

I installed Deep Learning Studio on my Windows 10 PC and I am Stuck in this Screen after I start it according to the Guide.

FYI: 1. I have other Python Versions Installed on this PC
2. I am Stuck in this Screen for 1 Hour now

Can you please share the logs from this path <DLS Folder>/logs ? Kindly zip the entire log folder and send it to support@deepcognition.ai.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.

It is likely that the installation didn’t complete properly. During the installation, Installer downloads CUDA and Tensorflow (these are large packages) from the internet, if there is a network timeout these types of errors can occur. I recommend doing the following to fix this:

  1. Uninstall the existing installation
  2. Make sure you’re connected to a high-speed internet preferably wired
  3. Re-Run the installation

Please let us know if the above steps fix your problem. If not we can further look into this.



Did this get solved? I have the same problem. I get to that screen and try that URL in my browser and it says it cant connect. Please help.

It is possible that the server processes are listening on or localhost while the dlsctl script is trying to check for the server processes on the IP address of your computer (i.e., the IP address of your wifi or ethernet card). The solution is to edit the file dls_config in the sub-folder user_data and make sure that the following variables are both pointing to the same IP address:

LISTEN_ON_HOST= # please edit as desired
COMPUTER_IP=localhost # Alternatively, please edit to be same as above.

Please try this and let us know if it solves the “hanging” startup problem.

i have the exact same problem, every Server/Service is started or running but DLS not.
I uninstall DLS and also my “old” Anaconda and reinstall DLS, but that doesn`t help.

My dls_config file looks like this:

Same problem for me. Unistalled 2.x version now I’m waiting so long that my bear is growing…

I’m waiting an answer. I’m paying each month for a program that does not work.
Pls try to give me an answer. The app starts but cannot connect

Try starting the Deep Learning Studio after resetting the IP and port to default value by running the below command:

./dlsctl config -i -p 22000

Tested and not works
Dls_update.log say:
Unable to stopservice - Fault 30: unknown problem killing DLS_Webapp_Server

As we checked the logs sent by you, you are using the DLS v3.0.1 and Latest DLS version is 3.0.3.
